Pendulum sweep

Nick Albin demonstrates the pendulum sweep from closed guard, using leg motion and angles to sweep the opponent. The pendulum sweep differs from the flower sweep by going under the opponent and using leg motion to move them. With one hand controlling the opponent in closed guard, dive the other hand under their legs while turning your whole body to create the proper angle. Move your leg to their armpit to create a lever, and as you open your legs wide, the other leg automatically goes to the armpit, generating great power to complete the sweep and land in mount.
