K-guard basics

Tum Voorn explains the K-Guard and how to use it effectively for control and submissions. One key detail is locking the opponent's leg with one hand instead of two, which allows for better framing and upper body control. The K-Guard is an excellent system for attacking, but it requires a bit of flexibility to execute triangles and armbars effectively.
