Double under pass basics
Brandon Mccaghren demonstrates the double under pass, a high-quality pressure pass that works from both open and closed guard. Place both hands under the opponent's legs, with your reaching hand aiming for their scapula while your other hand lifts their butt to insert your knee below it for support. From there, it's all about weight control and constant driving pressure as you slide to side control. This pass works equally well in gi and no-gi, with driving pressure being the key to success.
